Club boats can be hired by members throughout the year.  The only time they are not all available is when they are being used for RYA Training Courses, Junior Days (Toppers, Picos and Teras) and some special events (eg Campover Weekend).  A hire session is morning (before 13:00), afternoon (13:00 to 17:00) or evening (after 17:00).  Members are advised to book boats to avoid disappointment.  On Sundays a boat can be booked for all races as a single hire session.  In 2014 we introduced an on-line booking system which allows members to book and pay for the boat on the web.

An ideal boat for adult teaching and for adults and families to hire, the 2000 (2K) is a very popular boat and comes with an asymmetric Gennaker. The club has three boats. They are used for Adult RYA Training Courses and are available for members to hire at other times.

The Topper is an RYA Junior Squad class. The club has six Toppers. They are used for Junior RYA Training Courses and are available for members to hire at other times.  Topper Rigging Guide

Suitable for both young people and smaller adults the club has three Laser Picos all with both Standard and Race or Sport sails. They are used for Junior RYA Training Courses and are available for members to hire at other times.  Pico Manual

Aimed at the Under-11 age group the club has three RS Tera with both Sport (standard) and Pro (race) sails. They are used for Junior RYA Training Courses and are available for members to hire at other times.  RS Tera Manual

Aimed at the 12-16 age group the club has one RS Feva with an XL Race sail. It is available for members to hire.  RS Feva Manual

The Laser is often raced on a Sunday, has the full XD kit and has both Standard and Radial sails.  Laser XD Manual  The GP14 is used for Adult RYA Training Courses but is available to hire at other times.  The Solo is an adult singlehander popular at the club.
